About Keith Solomon

Born in Houston, Texas, Keith Solomon studied Art History at Amherst College. During and after college, Keith worked as a professional travel stock photographer. In 1994, Keith earned his M.F.A. at The American Film Institute. Since then, he has worked his way through the ranks, eventually acting as Producer, Writer, Director, Director of Photography (IATSE 600) and Editor on commercials, on-air promo’s, shorts, industrial videos, feature films and, most recently, original online content.

Keith understands every aspect of production because he has “worn so many hats” over the years. He uses this depth of experience to consistently produce film and video works that achieve a quality and production value far beyond their budgetary restraints. After running his own production company for several years focusing on the creation of high-quality corporate and promotional projects, he began to work in original online content. He created over a 1,000 original short-format, high definition broadband videos for Videojug.com. Keith is now writing, producing, directing, shooting and editing on a freelance basis.
